Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Air Token (the "Service"), an API relay that provides programmatic access to third-party large language models. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. The Service

Air Token forwards your API requests to upstream model providers and returns their responses, billing you based on usage. We do not own or operate the underlying models and are not responsible for their outputs. Available models, pricing, and features may change at any time.

2. Accounts

You register with a valid email address and password, or by signing in with Google. You are responsible for keeping your credentials and API keys confidential and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use. You must be at least 13 years old (or the age of digital consent in your jurisdiction) to use the Service.

3. API Keys and Usage

API keys issued to you (e.g. sk-air-…) authenticate requests and draw down your prepaid balance. You are responsible for all usage and charges incurred through your keys, including usage resulting from keys you have exposed or shared. Reasonable rate limits may apply.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• violate any law or the rights of others;
• generate or distribute malware, spam, or content that is unlawful, harmful, or infringing;
• attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Service or its infrastructure;
• resell or redistribute access without our written permission; or
• violate the usage policies of the upstream model providers whose models you access through the Service.

5. Payments and Credits

The Service is prepaid. You add credit to your balance through our payment processor, Stripe, and usage is deducted from that balance per the published pricing. Charges are denominated in US dollars. Except where required by law, purchased credits are non-refundable. Prices and rates may change with notice via the Service.

6. Third-Party Services

The Service relies on third parties including upstream model providers, Stripe (payments), Google (optional sign-in), and Cloudflare (network and security). Your use of those features is also subject to the respective providers' terms.

7. Availability and Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, nor the accuracy, reliability, or suitability of any model output. You are solely responsible for how you use model outputs.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Air Token and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost profits or data. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the three months preceding the claim.

9. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or to protect the Service. You may stop using the Service at any time. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
